Role Overview:
As a Telemarketer, you will be the voice of our agency—making outbound calls to prospective customers, promoting State Farm insurance products, and generating qualified leads for our agents. Your efforts will directly impact our growth while providing you valuable experience in sales and insurance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our insurance products and services.
- Identify, qualify, and nurture leads to schedule appointments for agents.
- Maintain and update customer and prospect information in our CRM system.
- Stay knowledgeable about State Farm insurance products to effectively communicate options.
- Follow State Farm compliance guidelines in all communications.
- Track and report on call activity, lead generation, and appointments.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous telemarketing or sales experience (insurance experience a plus).
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Comfortable handling rejection and staying motivated.
- Ability to organize and manage multiple leads efficiently.
- Professional telephone manner and customer-focused attitude.
- Basic insurance knowledge or willingness to learn quickly.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
