Role Overview:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the frontline support for our customers, handling inquiries, assisting with policy changes, and helping process claims. Your attention to detail and empathetic approach will enhance client satisfaction and contribute to the agency’s ongoing success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide clear policy information.
- Assist customers with policy updates, changes, and renewals.
- Process insurance claims and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless customer service.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
